Pros

Egalitarian environment, flexible work arrangements, work rarely intrudes on 'after work' life, except at month end. Good salary and benefits package.

Cons

Not equal working from home opportunities for all, depends a lot on individual managers. Not a fan of the unlimited leave as often employees don't take enough and again the amount of time of is dependent on the manager.

Pros

Flexibility with regard to working from home and hours kept. My direct manager was the best thing at Oracle.

Cons

No budget for travel, for my job I needed to train new sales people and I was limited to where I was allowed to travel. I only received one raise in the almost 3 years i was there, and that was considered unusual. most people do not receive many raises/bonus' at Oracle.
