Pros

Culture is great, coworkers are fantastic to be around and it really feels like people are positive overall.

Cons

Pay increases could be better - stock option increases for the C-level employees are way more common than pay increases for the everyman.

Pros

Once you get the Oracle name on your resume its much easier to get a better job somewhere else.

Cons

The sales organization has gotten too large and the opportunity for promotion has become extremely limited with the over hiring at all levels of the company. It's become a place where people go to get the Oracle name on their resume and leave for better opportunities. The culture can be extremely toxic depending on your situation. The sales training is almost non-existent. You either figure it out or you're gone
