      Pros

      Oracle is a very big company and what is true in one department and team can't be in another. Generally speaking I think that is a good company to work for. In most case you can find a good work-life balance, You can find a loot of tools to develop your skills and help you to do your job. Great colleagues and corporate culture.

      Cons

      In good and bad it's a self service company, with a lot of internal processes. Personally I think it lacks a lot in the performance and talent development, poor support in coaching. Following all the business processes could bring you to depression. Salary. It's really difficult to rise your salary even if you change role, the most you stay in the company the most your salary will be unaligned with the market.
