Pros
Where I’m from we are well compensated, Great team members and direct managers. Opportunities to grow and learn multiple products. Somewhat flexible work environment Good healthcare package
Cons
A lot of changes in management. Workload is not distributed well, some weeks too much work and some weeks I don’t even feel like I’m employed. Other countries may not be compensated well. No raises unless you get a promotion and usually you don’t get a promotion for at least 3 years
