Where do I start? - No hike for 2-3 years, - Even if you get hike after 2-3 years it will be nominal, single digits. - The team culture is really bad, no wlb what so ever, the team lead will keep asking you your work status every hour. Too much micro managerment - Manager has left the team to team leads and team leads are running the circus trying to prove that even with less resources they can deliver a lot - If you are not friends with the team lead you are doomed
