      You have to be willing to do whatever it takes to get ahead including just be a “yes” person and throwing people under the bus.

      Cons

      Product leadership is not focused on client or user needs. Delivery of innovation at all cost is the only goal. Leadership will take 100% of the credit for the work you and your colleagues do. So much propaganda in the marketing! Also, the most unprofessional conduct at the executive level. Incredibly toxic environment.
