Pros

You meet some cool people. Basically feels like college 2.0. Moved from Florida after college knowing no one and met all of my best friends through this company.

Cons

I don’t even know where to begin. They throw you into the fire with little training or resources to be successful. They tell you lies in the interview- it’s a sink or swim environment!! Turnover is extremely high. If you aren’t performing within the first month, you will be put on a PIP and fired. Success here depends on manager. Huge disconnect between management and the actual requirements of the role. Have to work overtime to hit quota. Everyone is miserable.

Pros

Young Culture, will meet friends for sure, free food and swag sometimes.

Cons

Advertised as Hybrid, as of august will need to be in office monday to Thursday. Your managers dont care about you. They only care about hitting quota. If you get a new hire manager then just start searching for a new job because they will be useless. You can be performing a managers will still find a problem with you. Whether its not working in your cubical or you talk to people to much. IF THEY PUT YOU ON A COACHING PLAN, PLEASE KNOW THAT IS A PIP. THEY WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE ABOUT DEVELOPING YOU.
