The company has a great culture, skilled people and interesting project. Managers are generally great, with career opportunities.

Cons

There is very little space for compensation increases. Last years majority of employees didn't even catch up with inflation, the only benefit is the stock packages, although they are restricted and used to lock employees in the company.
