Pros

They have decent benifits. Campus has a good gym. There are some smart people to work with. Good work life balance.

Cons

Human Resources is dysfunctional. No one cares about your career. They only care about hiring and layoffs. They don't act like a single corporation but instead each group acts like a different company. Each group has its own culture and practices and little/no cooperation. Also there is heavy discrimination among perks across different groups. If you are not in a group where they are investing, your life could be miserable. Top level management doesn't care about employees at all. Your hard work and loyalty is for nothing. It's fairly a sad place to work. Learning opportunities and pace is really slow. Despite of all the fuss about their new cloud offerings their toxic culture is a recipe for disaster. Dysfunctional HR or self service culture means There are no advantages of working for a big company like working for different groups and broadening skills.
