Project work is good, love my peers, WFH policy is solid (was able to easily go to Remote status).

Cons

Leadership doesn't have vision. They don't understand the stressors affecting those lower on the ladder. Same issues come up quarter after quarter (mainly attrition and poor morale) and there's never a solution.
