Pros

I worked for Oracle's department, which was a former Sun Microsystems. + Very good working environment (big office, convenient layout) + The best management I've ever seen (they could create a very rare type of working culture - they didn't make people work, many people worked 10-12 hours a day just because they really felt a work as a part of life). + Very skilled colleagues. Here one could learn many new things (not only about Java).

Cons

- After introducing sanctions against Russia, Oracle had to start exiting from Russia. This is very bad piece of news for both Oracle and Russia. - As a big company, it was very difficult to grow in Oracle, it was easier to quit and came to new position, than grow.
