      Pros

      Flexible working hours.Once we have a good relationship with manager, our working hours are very flexible as long as the work gets done. Working from home is not considered as bad.

      Cons

      Slow growth once we reach the PMTS level. Top management in usa does not consider employee views in India. Salary levels very less compared to peer companies

      Pros

      If you are interested in having a highly energetic, exciting and aggressive environment where you can learn your skills and grow, Oracle is the place to be. It has a highly business-like, no-nonsense, competitive environment for go-getters.

      Cons

      If you are expecting a "touchy feely" environment where your individual skills are respected and your value to the company is well recognized, you will be disappointed. Senior management especially is not very "people oriented". However, by being a very successful and profitable company, Oracle indeed "takes care" of its people more than adequately.
