Pros

Work life balance is good. I cannot think of any other pros as of now!!!!

Cons

Very low compensation compared to others. Very high variability in pay for the same position!! Minimal benefits. No growth in terms of salary and career either. And the higher management does not care about how the employees feel! When asked for leaves, managers feel as if they are giving money out of their pocket. This was the case with most of my colleagues at Hyderabad campus.

Pros

Oracle is a very good brand outside, it will certainly push your profile. The major pros I can think of are the excellent work life balance, and the flexibility. You will get ample free time.

Cons

Flexible work means, severe under utilization of talent. The management doesn't care about retaining talent, especially in India. No pay hikes, and bad promotion policy

Pros

I would not actually call it a pro. There is very little work and too much time, the stress to complete the work is very less.

Cons

1. No personal growth 2. Low Compensation 3. No exposure to technologies
