Pros

Cabs available post 8 ..Used to be a pro till the transport system got all messed up and now you get to reach home in 2 hours instead of 30 minutes. For the truly self motivated oracle has a host of propriety software you can learn and get certified for a discount.

Poor documentation of software development No streamlined communication between managers and engineers Low hikes and bonuses Slow career growth
