Regular salary, internal trainings, local consulting team is excellent, good bonus package, low staff turnover (in Prague consulting)

Cons

100% homeoffice mandatory last 18 months, corporate beaurocracy, centralized decision making disconnected from real needs and situation. Middle management is far away from customer and manage just excell tables and reports. Permanent mess in account management, crazzy organisation changes, shifting resourcess accros organisation regardless their skills, knowledge base, experience and preference. No salary increase for decades (in fact, real salary is lower and lower each year).

NetSuite is in demand, any/all knowledge and experience can increase your value. Great for young people starting their family. TONS of paid time off for maternity and paternity leave.

Cons

Annual reviews but no merit increase to go along with it. You only get a raise when you get promoted but there are not many openings. In certain verticals, they favor certain ethnic groups and they favor their college interns.
