- clear procedures - good management - treated with respect - free acess to courses - free certificate exams - no bother during outside working hours - posibility to win some extra money by requring to work extra hours

Cons

- high volume of work - no time for personal improvement - difficult hiring process - no extra bonuses - at least 1 weekend per month you need to work - working in undersized team - Oracle always tries to add some more work beside the work you were hired for initially - micro management - no pay raise at all after 4 years
