      Pros

      Working in oracle polska differs from organization to organization. So to tell, i saw a lot of changes in departments/managerial and geographical aspects. Pros: great office and interiors, software and supply - tea, coffee, apples, juices), benefit system, medical insurance, help in relocation ( documents, relocation budget), good compensation (salary), yearly bonuses (sometimes not happening though due to financial pools), corpo phones (for some positions- copro cars and private parking lots paid by company), diversity in nationalities (multicultural teams), stable work place.

      Cons

      Cons: the only bad thing i see is it is slow- in salary reviews, career-wise and operational-wise.

      Pros

      People are very professional and helpful. Good corporate policies and good company to work for. As long as you do your job well nobody will micromanage you and the schedule can be flexible

      Cons

      Political environment You need to network a lot and have a huge chat buddy list in order to resolve issues and crises.
