Pros

Work Life Balance is good, no real drive to do it big. You have to be an established player at a Sr. Mgmt role to drive the initiatives.

Cons

Too much politics, Hiring process very slow, no real authority till SR. Director role, Promotions are hard to come by, salary hikes are meager, Frequently changing Sr. Mgmt doesnt drive the company in one direction..

Pros

Decent salary/bonus compared to other consulting practices, great health care benefits, great software products

Cons

Management not engaged with staff, no interaction. No direct feedback on job performance, only paperwork. Raises are scarce. Way too much overhead tasks for a PM; monthly reports that go nowhere, quality reviews on your project that are meant to find something to report on to Sr. management.

Pros

Compensation at par with industry standards. Carries Oracle brand which has good value in market. Process oriented company, offers a lot to learn.

Cons

Being a Oracle subsidiary, every small deceision goes to Oracle for approval, makes the decision process slow, should be integrated with Oracle quickly.
