Pros

Great company Good pay Great people Good projects Good technologies Good morals / legality

Cons

Some policies harm growth and movement: -Can't become a manager from IC when moving departments -Pay raises are almost non-existent once hired -RSUs are hard to come by as refreshers, but possible. However, they tend to be pretty low even for good performers -Leaving company and going back in results in massive pay increase and far better RSUs, even for 2 IC level drops
