- Good WLB - Good compensation - Internal mobility culture - Mature tech-stack & processes + quick access to internal docs and support - Generally friendly/helpful workmates and managers
Cons
- Pace can be slow sometimes - In my experience, the higher the revenue your org produces, the smaller is the impact your individual contribution could make - Oracle Tech Stack lock-in - Depending on team/org, growth opportunities could be limited - Generally, you'd probably want to look for other employers if you desire to be at the bleeding edge of tech
