- Not much pros - GO Plus induction is good. - Good transportation facility. - Good Work, but they won't give time to dig into it.
Cons
- No work-life balance. - No knowledge base for the products they had acquired. - No trainings. - People are becoming managers by just serving many years, no matter of knowledge they have. - Managers are untrained as well as immature. - Diversity in management & perks too. - Nepotism maintained by Manager and insists to team members. - They were getting only 10% of development work. - If you are little against to them, then their behavior degrades to do any kind of unethical politics. - HR -- No Use. - If you were not liked by the manager then you are gone. - If you are planning for several years then you should act like a slave for your manager.
