Oracle has some very smart and technical people and managers which makes for a good and challenging work environment. The technology and tools are great. I highly recommend for people looking to tise into technical management or get a few years if your new in your career.

Cons

If your in a long term technical track and do nit want to manage people, I would not recommend staying at Oracle more than a few years since they do nit do salary raises only management promoting.
