Pros

Not much work pressure. Anyone can do the work with a weeks training. No prior experience required. Pays shift bonus when working night shifts and also provides cabs.

Cons

Very stagnant and boring work environment. Not much growth. You get max 5-10% hike over less salary resulting in negligible increase in CTC. Even if you get promoted the work remains the same. The knowledge gained when working as a CIA will not be applicable in any other company while switching. Also managers are not good enough at management and promotions are recieved based on time spent in organisation. It is good for people with low ambitions and a easy comfortable environment.

Flexible Work hours, Coworkers are great (Depending on your team lead), Remote Opportunity

Cons

Too many tiers and teams that make life difficult for clients, knowledge level of higher tiers is lacking, no accountability for employees who don't learn solutions
