Flexible working time Work - life balance [Depends upon team]. Good perks and regular gifts / souveniers. Less to moderate work load [Again, depends on the team]. WFM. Managers and peers are friendly.

Cons

Manager heavy. Also manager has the major say on the policies handled in the team, so might get stick if in the wrong team. Some not so good senior people. Work might be on a dying technology. Very less hikes / bonus.
