Pros

Has been a great experience; regular raises, promotions and stock grants commensurate with job performance, leadership in my org is fantastic and the work-life balance is good. My experience may or may not be typical of Oracle but it's been great so far. I have freedom to make my own schedule and work with flexibility, and there is a strong correlation between job performance and compensation.

Cons

Work can come in waves. Typical large-company bureaucracy rears its head from time to time. Unreasonable project deadlines sometimes are a reality.
