there are many teams that allow employees work from home. but it all depends on the manager and there is no work from home policy.

Cons

HR is a puppet of the management. There is no way to give feedback as there is no 360 degree reviews.

Learning, Remote work, gym, some people are very knowledge and great to work with while others are downright stupid

Cons

no raise, no growth, inefficient & arrogant managers, bad politics, Brown nosing keeps your job safe and not your technical skills and hard work. Most managers were coders at one point and have 0 people management skills
