Pros

Some great technologists working there; Lots of software products on which to work; fairly good benefits package; supports work-from-home

Cons

Very political environment (almost caustic at times); those at Oracle via acquisition are often held at arms' length, as second-class citizens; top-down communication can be abysmal; way too many products on the price list (again, due to constant acquisitions); very poor handling of mass layoffs

Good benefit compared to others, not the best in software companies, but still ok, If you plan it carefully, you can done lots of things for your life outside the work.

Cons

Not much growing room for salary and career.
