- Great opportunities for career growth if you are willing to bite the bullet and work insane hours. - Its a very secure job with quite a lot of benefits - Diverse environment. So there are lots of opportunities to develop your communication skills. - Has tons of projects and groups to choose from. If you dont like something, you can move onto something else.

There seems to be a scarcity of quality people in Oracle. Process verbose in a whole bunch of areas. Sometimes its difficult to get things done. Technologically, there is no innovation. The focus seems to be on copying the competition and try to overtake them.
