Pros

The company offered good pay and benefits. The management was very compatible.

Cons

The company was affected by restaurants that went out of business due to the shutdowns in 2020. The management tried very hard to help restaurants and their employees but was forced to finally take cost-cutting measures.

OpenTable has a very collaborative and inclusive work culture. In this environment, I feel supported and encouraged to share my ideas and ask questions. Everyone in my team is always open to help and support to drive a healthy and profitable business environment.

Managers can be hit or miss, stressful job, fully remote, training is not great, technology and support are not up to industry standard, career advancement opportunities are slow.
