      Fortunately, I met good professional co-workers and colleagues.

      Cons

      Everything you can imagine. No one on the board really has any idea how to run a company, after so many years working in the sector they have a great lack of professionalism, with no indication of how to produce games and much less how to treat employees properly. Many lies and broken promises are common. Be careful

      Great coworkers but lacks management

      Pros

      Coworkers are great but they come and go. Office is okay but it's not standard for other game studios.

      Cons

      Management tries to do it's best but is lacking. It's new partnership is drowning them in an overwhelming project. Assignments are tossed around with no clear objective. Senior level colleagues get burned out very quickly and juniors are left to overcome challenges on their own.

      Nice office with plenty of perks and commodities, remote working a possibility, extra time off over winter holidays.

      Cons

      Sluggish production, undefined processes, lack of general direction and ownership, bad software choices for version control.
