I'm trusted to get on with doing excellent work, the Slack is full of lovely people you can spend time talking to, everyone at work is wonderful, there's no gum under the desk (big change from school/a mailroom I used to work in), big team days are rare as most work remote but every few months we meet up and have a good time, management are wonderful, every week we're told how good the company is doing and we even get stocks in the company
