      Octopus Energy is a welcoming and supportive environment, always giving you the time and space to grow - and the flexibility to grow in the way you'd like to! Everybody here really does care, and the culture is as good as it's made out to be through the interview process.

      Cons

      It's a very fast paced environment to work in and there is a lot of information to learn - I am still learning things after 1 year - However this feels like a positive because you grow and learn so much with your time here because of this.

      The supportive and caring nature of this office. All teams really work hard and support one another to get the work done. The company knows when we are working really hard, when things get tough from time and time so they reward and recognise us frequently and always check on our wellbeing.

      Cons

      Really fast paced environment, lots to learn and as Octopus and the energy industry grows there is a lot of constant training to keep on top of.

      Pros

      Working for Octopus Energy has been an amazing 5 years, the company cares about its employees. The company and management are very transparent and open throughout the business, There are amazing oppurtunites to be able to progress within the company. In the Warwick office it is like have a second family. Everyone looks to support one another, they are friendly and caring. At the same time the company demonstrates and pushes its Ethos which is customer service and the focus on making customers as happy as possible, this helps to create a positive working environment. I would say if you are looking to work for a company that cares about you and the customer then Octopus Energy is for you.

      I have not a bad word to say about the company or the management team.
