The company's culture and environment is brilliant for personal development. You'll meet really nice, welcoming people who are amazing colleagues. The atmosphere is always supportive, and colleagues can eventually even become your friends - of course not all though!

Cons

The professional development and career paths feel somewhat restrictive. In some cases, your managers can't really advise you of the best paths of development, and in other cases, your goal seems unreachable.
