Since working at Octopus Energy, the people have been nothing short of amazing. Everyone is incredibly helpful, supportive, and genuinely wants you to be yourself, which creates such a healthy and welcoming work environment. There’s no pressure to change who you are to fit in. The company is very diverse, and everyone is always happy to help with anything you need.
Cons
I honestly don’t have any cons. The managers are supportive, approachable, and genuinely care about both your personal and professional development. They create an environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and being yourself.
