One of the best thing about working for Octopus Energy is being challenged every day, some of the problems you will face, you will need to find answers to and that can be extremely satisfying at the end when you have fixed it. Also the opportunity to provide fantastic customer service and change someone's opinion of the energy sector. We value our customers so highly but I believe they also value us. It is fun to be the best at what we do and lead our competitors in everything we do. A very flexible working environment.
Cons
This is not a 9-5 job, the right person will have no problems staying late or coming in earlier to make there day better and ensure that we stay being the best. You don't get paid for these extra hours but it's important to put them is as it is if you want to be the best at anything.
