      Pros

      Flexible to a degree on leave. Great prospects growing with the company as it grows. Awesome CEO and manger and great colleagues that I see more as friends. Great work ethic amongst everyone striving to make a success of this business.

      Cons

      Very hard work at the moment as the company is in a huge growth spurt Currently , but this is outweighed by the awesome colleagues I work with.

      Everyone is on the same mission. It's hard work but fun with excellent colleagues and a lot of good socialising too.

      Cons

      it's hard work and in some roles can get repetitive, but this is a great company so not really any cons
