Brilliant modern approach towards training making it very inclusive, interesting and fun!
Cons
Long recruitment process but stick with it! It can feel like a lengthy process but it's worth it at the end, they really make an effort to employ people they think will be good at the role and are incredibly diverse and inclusive. In training they chuck you in at the deep end but you're never alone and they constantly stress and that mistakes are good as you can learn from them, they say "get stuck in as we can fix any problem" so don't be afraid!
