      I’ve just finished 5 weeks of training and the experience has been brilliant. Even before training began, I felt welcomed, well-informed, and genuinely cared for. The onboarding team were outstanding – kind, supportive, and took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail. Compared to where I worked before, where training often felt rushed and more focused on KPIs, this has been a completely different experience. The environment here is positive and people-focused, and you truly feel respected and valued. I’d highly recommend working at Octopus Energy. A big thank you to the onboarding team and everyone involved in onboarding Group 259!
