Pros
Octopus Energy have a brillant workforce of happy, enthusiastic employees who really helped take the pressure off during the Discovery Day. I believe that reflects very well of their recruitment agency, Instant Impact who have clearly done a fantastic job. I had one of the most positive recruitment experiences I've ever had from Mollie Cross. Her constant support and encouragement no doubt aided in my progression in all the interview stages, thanks Mollie!

The recruitment process was fairly long compared to most other company's which can be daunting and a little tiring for the candidates.
