Great company ethos and support system. Training is great, really in depth however does feel a bit throw you in the deep end.

Cons

There really isn't enough time in the day to complete all the tasks you need to do, inbox overflowing and phones constant it can be intense so bear that in mind if you struggle with work life balance. I think this is going to change when more people are hired but v intense.

Everyone you work with is amazing and around the same age, the culture is great

Cons

-slow slow slow pay reviews to the point many people leave because workload is so high and ability is not accounted for in pay reviews - no HR, bad managing has been left untouched because people too worried to come forward regarding bad management - workload is intenseeeeeeee

The best reasons are the fact that I will be working for a company that is making a massive positive impact on the world e.g using green energy. Another reason is the fact I feel I will have many opportunities to take on more responsibility. I also like the fact that there could be travel opportunities to different office across England
