Every day is a new challenge and you get to work with some highly talented people. There are many benefits to the role outside of just work. With lots of group activities and a sense of community Managers do have a one to one relationship with staff usually and will do everything they can to help you do well

Cons

It’s a stressful job for the amount of pay you receive. To succeed in the business you need to be willing to forfeit your own time to progress. A lot of lateral progression can feel like you are sitting still even when taking on more demanding extra work.

I absolutely love working here! Coming right out of college into my first job and this was not what I expected. The culture here is amazing. People bring their personality to work everyday and everyone here is encouraged to bring their ideas to the table. Your opinion here really does matter!

Cons

Only complaint is we don't have enough dogs in the office, we need way more.
