Great company if you’re leaving hospitality to your first office job
Pros
The jump from 50 hour hospitality weeks to a 30 hour office week is insane. The company is so diverse from people with all different job backgrounds so you will feel at ease knowing the person who’s sat next to you probably shared the same trauma! I’ve met some incredible people and trust me when I say this Fridays will be your best friend again.
Cons
Please note that you have to give it your all for the first 6 months. Not for probation but because it is very learning heavy if you’ve never worked in the industry. Best way I can describe it as is like being in uni again learning a lot of information that doesn’t really sink in for the first few months then on a random Tuesday 6 months later makes complete sense. I’d give it a 7/10 on hard because there are alot of speciality’s you need to know the basics of
