The staff at Octopus are genuinely the nicest people I’ve ever worked with. The company encourages growth and is a really good place to start especially for new graduates with little experience.

Cons

It does get a little repetitive and customer service jobs always come with the downside of some horrible customers

The job application process is very fun and exciting, the staff are amazing at each stage of it and very informative and willing to answer any questions about the role. Although its natural to feel nervous at first, they are exceptionally good with ice breakers and make you feel relaxed throughout the whole thing, encouraging you to be yourself! Naomi Stewart had been especially supportive during the interview process before and after, she is very friendly and very informative, makes you instantly feel relaxed and prepared!

Cons

The process can be time consuming if you were to be unsuccessful with the application, however it can be a very rewarding experience and you get a lot from it.
