Great onboarding experience Really positive experience joining Octopus Energy. The recruitment and onboarding process has been smooth, well-organised, and supportive throughout. Lucy Gregory has been very helpful and responsive, making everything easy and straightforward. The training has also been great, well-structured and engaging, with Martin Young doing an excellent job. Looking forward to growing with the company!

Fully stocked kitchen with breakfast food, lunches and snacks. Training intense and learn a lot on the job. Decent payrise after you pass probation and then as you become a specialist in different areas such as billing, industry etc. Weekly company meeting with updates from uk and globally.

Cons

Average age of workforce is early 20’s Starting salary could be higher especially when applicants have different levels of experience
