      The process for recruitment is lovely, Naomi from instant Impact has been delightful and supportive on all the steps, I couldn’t have ask for better. Discovery day was fun and made me at ease during the interview, it has been the first time I had this kind of experience and I found it really welcoming. Everyone had an amazing energy!

      The interview process was nothing like I had experienced before but Mollie from instant impact gave me a lot of support and made the process as smooth as possible - keeping me updated at all times. This is a fantastic opportunity and I’m really excited to join octopus. Amazing benefits, flexibility and understanding.
