      Pros

      Finally found myself at an employer where all my "problems" are manageable technical preferences rather despair at management. Love this place.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to get systemic changes in the code due to how busy everyone is and the scale of the codebase. But I think we handle the problem reasonably well.
