      Great company to work for, friendly environment, clear path for progression to a point, friendly staff who are always happy to help!

      Cons

      No HR department can lead to blurred lines and difficulty dealing with situations with the rare bad coworker, however this is very rarely an issue

      Just an awesome workplace. Incredible mission, incredible people and incredible culture. Senior management perfect balance of ambitious and in the detail yet not overbearing. Great work life balance. Great projects. Fair pay. Unparalleled mission.

      You don't get FAANG salaries and parts of the business could be more diverse.
