Room to air your crazy ideas for how to make the energy system better - Great office space - Colleagues who genuinely care about the cause and each other - Every day is different

No org charts or news letters, a lot of word of mouth. - Your work life will not be structured - chaotic start up vibe is strong - Things change suuuuper quick.
