      - very casual dress code - possible to work from home - they don't discriminate age - easy to get on with people

      Cons

      - be ready to share with the entire team when you go to the toilet - must call in every day again if you are sick for multiple days in a row - they say they don't pay to watch the clock, but they really do - purely statistics based - very controlling and expect you to share a lot of personal information with managers - says they are inclusive, but not really if you have any mental conditions (anxiety, depression, ADHD etc)

      Laura from instant impact was so so lovely! Super friendly and very very helpful! She had lots of helpful tips and advice on how to do my best throughout the interview process and personally called me to congratulate me on getting offered the job! Super delighted!

      Nothing bad to say whatsoever! Everything g was seamless and effortlessly great service, even as a candidate! Such a lovely welcome to the initial part of the octopus journey!
