      Pros

      Super friendly place to work which gives you the freedom to do your best. Flexible working hours but if you prefer to, you can work in any office around the UK (and beyond if signed off). Puts you at ease when balancing the work vs personal life mix, which seems to be the lowest consideration at most other companies. Really exciting place to be with lots on the horizon, each with their own problems which you can help solve. Within or adjacent to the green energy space. Lots of opportunity for growth. In my short time here I've seen people transition to different teams and/or countries.

      Cons

      Some people might find the scale of the company overwhelming if used to smaller businesses prior.
